Mediterranean flora. Site-specific garden facing the Caribbean.

Paisaje Adaptado (Adapted Landscape) is a public garden installed in the Cartagena de Indias Wall using flora from Cartagena in Murcia, Spain. The work was set up in the  fortification built by the Spaniards around the 16th Century as a way of connecting two cities whose histories are dislocated in time.

Commissioned for the #1 Biennial of Contemporary Art of Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.
With the support of Fundacion Verde que te Quiero Verde.
